I am Jimmy

As part of our 'I am" series, the Meechan family lost Jimmy on 1st October 2019 to suicide. This short film is about the struggles Jimmy went through, the love from his family and his boxing club family and the devastating impact that suicide has. I am Edward

The McEwan family in Glasgow, lost their son Edward to suicide in February 2021. This film is about the struggles Edward went through and the devastating impact it has on their family. Here they talk candidly about his mental heath, his issues with self medicating and why we need more real support for young men in Scotland.
