Our Services
Weekly Programme
We want to give men a chance to try new techniques that help them manage their mental health. We offer a programme of classes, wellbeing activities, therapeutic sessions and Peer to Peer support groups in the hub.
All sessions are FREE and members are welcome to attend and join in on the day. Find out more about each activity here.
The programme rotates every 6 weeks, informed by the men we support - you can check here, our socials or call the hub if you want to register for a session.
One to One support with a staff member or instant support for men in crisis is always available.

One to One Support
Men Matter Scotland is led and delivered by men with lived experience, who have struggled themselves.
We know the hardest step in seeking help is the first one, and our hub is designed to make guys feel welcome and able to talk.
As well as having lived experience, all our staff are trained in ASIST, Mental Health First Aid and Peer to Peer support, and delivering One to One support for men who need to talk or are in a crisis is part of our core work.
If you need to talk, are feeling suicidal - or know someone who is - please come and speak to us.
There is no waiting list, no diagnosis, no prescription - just support when you need it.
Street Team
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening, our staff and volunteers become a Street Team.
We patrol Drumchapel and Glasgow city centre, offering support and assistance to people in distress or contemplating suicide.
Sadly, suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in Scotland, but our Street Team have managed to support many people and prevent suicide from taking place using their ASIST training.
